How information submitted through this website is handled.

Information we collect
When you contact AVANYR, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, company, email address and the contents of your message. We may also collect limited technical information required to operate and secure this website, along with campaign attribution parameters (such as UTM source and campaign) when you submit the contact form.
Advertising measurement
With your consent, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel measures contact CTA clicks and successfully sent contact forms. It uses browser identifiers, including the __oppref and __obref cookies, and sends the event name and page origin to OpenAI for ad conversion measurement. We do not include your name, email address, company, message, form contents or UTM parameters in these events. You can accept or reject this measurement and change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences control in the footer. If you reject, the Pixel is not loaded; if you withdraw consent after accepting, measurement is disabled.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, evaluate potential engagements, provide requested services and maintain the security and operation of the website. We do not sell personal information.
Legal basis and retention
Contact form information is processed as necessary to respond to your request, take steps toward a potential contract, pursue legitimate business interests or meet legal obligations. OpenAI Ads measurement is used only after you consent; you can withdraw that consent at any time. It is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Service providers and international processing
Website hosting, email, analytics and advertising measurement providers may process information on our behalf or for their own services. As AVANYR serves clients internationally, information may be processed outside your country, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
